ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing markets across India and promoting Karmyog’s advanced machinery solutions, including:
- Fly Ash Brick Making Machines
- Paver Block Making Machines
- Concrete Block Making Machines
- Batching Plants & Planetary Mixers
Your focus will be on generating enquiries, identifying potential customers, developing business opportunities and converting leads into successful sales.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Explore and develop new markets across India.
- Generate business enquiries and identify potential customers.
- Build strong relationships with clients,
- Understand customer requirements and present suitable machinery solutions.
- Conduct customer meetings, product presentations and follow-ups.
- Negotiate and close sales deals.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Sales experience, preferably in industrial machinery or construction equipment.
- Strong market development and business generation skills.
- Excellent communication, convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Target-oriented mindset and a passion for closing sales.
- Willingness to travel and explore markets across India.
- Self-motivated, confident and eager to grow professionally.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in sales are also welcome to apply.
